Terms of Service

Last updated 28 August 2026.

What this covers

These terms apply to your use of UseKitl and its tools. UseKitl is an independently run project rather than a registered company — there is no separate corporate entity behind it. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The tools are free, with no account

Every tool is free to use and does not require creating an account, signing in, or providing payment details. Nothing on this site currently charges money.

Results are provided as-is

The tools are built and checked carefully — see Methodology for how — but every result is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Financial calculators in particular are arithmetic under stated assumptions, not professional advice; each such page says so directly. You’re responsible for verifying any result before relying on it for a decision that matters.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UseKitl and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the tools on this site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the tools for anything unlawful, or to process content you don’t have the right to process;
  • attempt to disrupt the site — for example through automated requests at a volume intended to degrade service for other users;
  • attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with the site’s security or access controls.

Your content stays yours

Where a tool processes something you provide — text, a file, an image — that content is yours. UseKitl does not claim ownership over it. Most tools process it entirely in your browser and never transmit it anywhere; the Privacy Policy states exactly which do and which don’t.

Source and changes

The site’s source code is publicly viewable at github.com/ZAID-EHT/UseKitl. Tools may be changed, corrected or retired over time — see Methodology for how that process works. These terms may be updated to reflect material changes to the site; the date at the top will change when they are.
